Residential Property Manager – Victoria (New Team Build)
Infinity Group Australia
Location: Cremorne, Melbourne VIC (50m from East Richmond Station. No on-site parking)
Type: Full-time | On-site Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Flexibility: 1 WFH day per week post‑probation
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
This Role Exists Because We’re Growing
Infinity is continuing to scale nationally, and due to sustained growth in our Victorian client base, we’re expanding our Property Management function into Victoria for the first time.
These roles are newly created growth hires — not replacements.
You’ll be among the first two Victoria‑based Residential Property Managers, supporting and working alongside established Property Management teams already operating successfully from our Gold Coast and Wollongong offices.
Importantly, you’re not joining a start‑up or building something in isolation.
Infinity is a 200+ person business with offices across Gold Coast (HQ), Sydney, Melbourne and Wollongong, and our Cremorne office is already home to 35 employees across lending, strategy and operations.
This role brings local capability into a business that already has strong systems, leadership and national support in place.
About Infinity Group
Infinity exists to help everyday Australians conquer debt and build long‑term financial freedom. Through education and disciplined strategy, our clients pay off their home loans up to 20 years earlier and save $270,000+ in interest on average.
What began as a personal mission has grown into one of Australia’s most awarded financial services groups. Despite our growth, founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm remain hands‑on, visible and deeply connected to the business — keeping Infinity grounded, people‑first and outcomes‑focused.
Not Your Typical Property Management Role
This is not a traditional rent‑roll PM position — and it’s not a real estate agency environment.
At Infinity, we manage Property Managers, not tenants.
There are:
- No routine inspections
- No ingoing or outgoing inspections
- No direct tenant interaction
Your role is to represent our clients and ensure external Property Managers are compliant, accountable and performing, protecting investment outcomes and maintaining high standards across the portfolio.
The Role
As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of client investment properties post‑handover, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy and process excellence.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agents to ensure properties are well‑managed, legally compliant and delivering optimal outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Holding external Property Managers accountable to agreed standards
- Reviewing leases for legal compliance and accuracy
- Ensuring landlord insurance, rent reviews and lease renewals are current
- Monitoring warranties, defects and maintenance issues
- Reviewing routine inspection reports
- Liaising with agents to minimise vacancy and maximise rent
- Managing warranty claims with developers
- Maintaining detailed property records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation
- Providing clear, timely updates to clients
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in Victorian residential property management
- Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance
- Detail‑driven, organised and confident pushing back when required
- Clear communicator with a client‑first mindset
- Certificate IV in Property Services and PM/Real Estate Licence preferred
- Full Australian working rights required
