Client Success Manager (Relationship Manager)
Location: Southport, Gold Coast | Full-time | Mostly on-site | Mon–Fri (9am–5pm)
Flexible for occasional evenings/weekends | WFH 1 day/week post‑probation
Remuneration: $90k base + incentives (OTE ~$140k) + amazing company perks to achieve your own financial goals

They want someone who will:
- keep them moving when motivation drops
- make the plan simple, clear, and doable
- call out excuses (with empathy)

- help them stick to the strategy long enough to change their
life
Think personal trainer, but instead of abs and
macros, it’s budgets, habits, debt smash-down, and financial freedom.
Finance experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach the
technical. We can’t teach care-factor.
Who you might be
- No cookie-cutter backgrounds here. You might be:
- a teacher who still loves educating people, just not
the current system
- in sales, sick of selling things people don’t need
(and feeling gross about it)
- a personal trainer, over the 4am starts and 8pm
finishes — but you love coaching
- in a bank, watching profit targets crush the “valued
customer” experience
- the “responsible one” in your group — you actually budget,
track, and make extra repayments to your home loan
One non-negotiable: you genuinely care about people,
and you’ll go the extra mile every single time to ensure our clients succeed.
Your world in this role
Your client base
You’ll build up to approximately 150 clients (some
singles, some couples).
You’ll know them. You’ll coach them. You’ll drive outcomes with them.
How you’ll work
This is a modern relationship role — not face-to-face
all day.
Approximately 95% of interactions are virtual:
- phone calls
- video meetings
- messaging / email
But… you will meet clients in person
We regularly hold major events on the Gold Coast (up to 2,500
clients) and around the country.
On special occasions, you’ll get the chance to meet clients at these events — some
travel may be involved.
What you’ll actually do
- Run structured monthly check-ins + annual reviews
- Hold clients accountable to the strategy they’ve been given
- Help clients navigate life changes and keep progressing (not
regressing)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Brokerage,
Property) for seamless support
- Spot risks early (drift, arrears, motivation drop) and take
action fast
- Keep records tight, accurate, and compliant (details matter)

The team you’re joining
- Around 45 Client Success Managers / RMs already (and
growing)
- That number is likely to double over the next 18 months (opportunities
for you to grow and promote)
- We’re a company of approximately 200 employees
- HQ on the Gold Coast, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, and
Wollongong
- And we’ve just secured office space in Las Vegas for a
brand-new US expansion → Several of our existing RM team will be travelling to and from the US to support it. This could be you!

What we’re looking for
You’ll do well here if you’ve got:
- Proven experience in relationship management, client
success, coaching, case management, account management, education or service
leadership
- Confidence having real conversations (not scripts, not
robotic)
- Organisation and follow-through (you don’t drop balls)
- Energy, ownership, and integrity
- Comfort working fast, managing volume, and staying calm
under pressure
The non-negotiables
All Infinity employees must:
- Pass a credit history check (min. score of 600) and police
check
- Provide two professional references
- Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Be available for full-time work at our Southport HQ
