About Infinity Group Australia

Are you the kind of person who puts the shopping trolley back?

It seems small, but it says everything. At Infinity, we’re powered by people who take ownership, lead with integrity, and genuinely want to make a difference.

We help everyday Australian families conquer debt and build wealth through financial education, practical strategies, and disciplined budgeting frameworks. Our clients regularly shave 10–20 years off their home loan and save significant interest through our Rapid Repay program.

With dedicated Brokerage, Finance, and Property teams (and client events that attract up to 2,500 people), we guide clients from their very first budget through to their first investment property and well beyond. Many of our clients (and team members) progress from paying off a home loan to building investment portfolios of 5, 10, or even 15+ properties. At every stage, education remains the cornerstone of success.

As we continue to scale, our founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm (The Money Mentor) remain deeply connected to the business, keeping our mission personal, powerful, and people-first.

The Role:

As a Broker Support Officer, you’ll be a key operational partner to our Finance Brokers, managing the end-to-end loan process with precision and strategic insight. You’ll assess client financials, structure loan scenarios, and ensure applications are submitted accurately and efficiently. This role requires a strong grasp of lending policy, compliance, and client service, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum across complex applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing & Compliance – Prepare and lodge loan applications via ApplyOnline, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with NCCP, AML/CTF, and lender-specific requirements. Maintain audit-ready records in CRM systems.

Client Financial Assessment – Review PAYG and self-employed income, liabilities, credit reports, and asset positions. Assist brokers with serviceability calculations and loan structuring aligned to client goals and lender policy.

Stakeholder Management – Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, and valuers to drive timely settlements. Escalate issues proactively and manage expectations across all parties.

Client Experience & Broker Support – Act as the primary client contact throughout the loan journey. Provide updates, request documentation, and support brokers with loan sign-ups, annual reviews, and strategic initiatives like equity release or investment purchases.

Data Integrity & Opportunity Identification – Maintain clean, consistent CRM records. Identify cross-sell opportunities and flag leads for brokers and relationship managers.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills – A minimum of 12 months’ experience independently lodging residential home loan applications into ApplyOnline (not exposure‑only). Highly confident using lender calculators and interpreting financial documentation.

Experience & Knowledge – 2–3 years in mortgage broking, lending operations, or financial services. Exposure to residential, investment, and construction lending is highly valued.

Qualifications – Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred). FBAA/MFAA accreditation (preferred but not essential). Must meet CPD and compliance standards.

Professional Standards – Clear Police & Credit Report (mandatory). High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, client-first mindset.

Availability – Full working rights in Australia. Willingness to work weekends when required.
