Industry Beans is looking for FOH Team Members to join our team at Chadstone. This role is open to Casual employees looking for an engaging and rewarding role in the hospitality industry.

Working 15 – 20 hours, to start immediately with no required leave or holidays. Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and available one weekend shift, minimum.

The FOH role will offer you the opportunity to:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Communicating the menus (Food & Coffee) to customers in detail, ensuring correct pairing and upselling on orders
• Section waiting with impeccable communication, sequence of service and body language
• Clearing tables and following up to provide an engaging table service experience
• Opening and closing duties
• Assisting with functions

You’ll be perfect for the FOH role if you have:

• Prior service experience in a café or restaurant
• A strong work ethic with advanced waiting ability
• A passion for specialty coffee, innovative food & hospitality
• A strong ability to work within a team environment
• A friendly and positive personality who enjoys engaging with customers
• Good availability with the ability to work weekends and evening functions
