The successful candidate will be a hands-on operator with a sharp mind for planning and a passion for leading people. In this role you will take the reins of our shutdown transport operations across mine sites, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and on time.

What you’ll be doing:
Running shutdown transport operations across mine sitesPlanning schedules, coordinating crews, and ensuring smooth mobilisationLeading and supporting drivers on the groundWorking closely with clients and teams to meet deadlinesImproving systems, solving problems, and keeping things moving.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in operational coordination and planning within fast-paced, site-based or project-driven environmentsHighly skilled in workflow planning, scheduling and practical problem-solvingStrong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across teams, clients, and stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership in supporting and managing teams in dynamic, high-pressure settingsCommitted to maintaining a strong safety culture with a keen eye for detailProficient in using systems, tools, and reporting to support operational performance.
