Bus Driver | 5:2 | FIFO

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to join the Brindabella Resources team in Port Hedland, operating the well-known Brindabella Pink Bus for Hancock (formerly Roy Hill).

About the Role You will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between Port Hedland and the mine site, as well as supporting local transfers.

Weekly Schedule

• Monday: Fly into Port Hedland (morning) and transport passengers to the mine site (overnight stay)
• Tuesday: Return from mine site to Port Hedland with passengers
• Wednesday: Assist with local transfers in Port Hedland as required
• Thursday: Transport passengers from Port Hedland to the mine site (overnight stay)
• Friday: Return from mine site to Port Hedland with passengers

Roster

• 5 days on, 2 days off (FIFO from Perth)
• Up to 50 hours per week
• Opportunity for a job-share arrangement (e.g., working every second week)

About You To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have proven experience driving on regional roads (not limited to mine sites)
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, Hancock (formerly Roy Hill) site inductions
