in building the technical side of the role.
You will:
- Effectively manage a caseload of participants, working one-on-one with them to identify strengths and build confidence
- Build relationships with local employers to create meaningful job opportunities
- Assist with resumes, interview preparation, and ongoing support once employment begins
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and support employers to create workplaces where people can succeed

- You’re comfortable managing your time and workload, with support from a remote manager and team and working independently
- You enjoy building connections and can build trust and communicate effectively with a range of people

- ·You are comfortable using digital
systems and use technology to stay connected, manage your work, and meet
reporting requirements

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications: To be eligible to work for us, you need to have:
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Hold a Certificate III (or higher) in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services, or a related field or a desire to obtain a qualification, with Impact Services providing
full training support (Required)
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence
- A valid Working with Children’s Card (or ability to obtain)
