The Role:

Are you passionate about connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities? Do you have the drive and confidence to engage with employers and create lasting relationships that lead to success? We’re looking for a dynamic Employer Engagement Consultant to join our team in Mirrabooka!

In this exciting role, you will help shape the future of jobseekers by supporting them in their employment journey, advocating for their needs, and fostering strong relationships with employers to create impactful opportunities.

You Will:

  • Work closely with fellow consultants to guide participants on their journey toward sustainable employment, providing tailored support and direction.
  • Advocate passionately for participants by connecting them with suitable job opportunities and supporting their transition into the workforce.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to uncover vacancy opportunities and drive employer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to enhance our brand presence and engagement across the community.

  • Are you proficient in MS Office including excel and word?
