A little bit about us…

IDL is a family-owned business that provides end-to-end, full-service beverage manufacturing for over 15 years in the Moorabool Valley, just outside Geelong’s city centre. In 2025 we invested in additional assets in Campbellfield adding another bottling and canning line to our capacity as well as a brewhouse and state of the art distillery.

We offer complete private label and contract beverage production solutions for our customers who are interested in the development of their own labels for the domestic and export markets. Our facility houses some of the most sophisticated beverage processing equipment in the world, leading us to invest in new technology both in beverage production, packaging and IT systems.

The following roles are available, please address your preference in the screening questions.

• Line Supervisor – oversee packaging line, escalate issues, guide and mentor the team
• Packaging Line Workers – Team members in this role will work across various stations on the packaging line as operational needs change. Flexibility and the ability to follow instructions in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
• Forklift operators – loading and unloading materials and finished products between production floor, warehouse and logistics.

Requirements:

• Experience in packaging machinery in a beverage manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and directions accurately
• A proactive approach to working safely.
• Willing to get hands dirty, perform some manual handling and demonstrate resilience with a positive attitude during manufacturing challenges and breakdowns.
• Some roles have additional requirement such as forklift licence or beverage production experience.

All roles are paid according to the Food, Beverage, Tobacco Manufacturing Award with additional penalties applied where applicable.
