Inskin Cosmedics is a leader in the Australian professional skincare industry. We are the proud creators of O COSMEDICS, NEUROCOSMEDICS, and INSKIN.CO, as well as a premier distributor for several other brands. As we settle into our brand-new head office in Lidcombe, we are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to manage the digital storefronts for our B2C and B2B channels.

The Role

This is a purely ecommerce-focused position designed for someone who is passionate about skincare and the online space. You will ensure our Shopify stores are accurate, visually aligned and ready to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers and professional partners.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Content Management

• End-to-End Uploads: Manage the product lifecycle on Shopify (and Magento), from initial product upload/creation to enrichment and on-going enhancement and maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the digital and marketing teams and key stakeholders to ensure all product content is uploaded accurately and on time.
• Asset Maintenance: Keep all product imagery, pricing and information consistent and up-to-date across all D2C & B2B sites and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Website Operations

• Visual Merchandising: Regularly rotate and upload web banners and homepage assets as provided by the Design Lead.
• Collection Management: Organise collections to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Marketing Campaigns: Execute the technical setup for marketing campaigns and promotions across all sites and test discount codes to ensure they function correctly before launch.

The Team Structure

You will join a focused digital team of four, reporting directly to the Digital Manager. You will work alongside:

• Performance Marketing Lead: They drive the traffic; you ensure the destination is perfect.
• Digital Design & Experience Lead: They create the visuals; you bring them to life on the site.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in an ecommerce role, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry.
• Shopify Savvy: Direct experience operating a Shopify Plus backend is essential.
• Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who spots a typo or a broken link from a mile away.
• Location: On-site 5 days a week at our Lidcombe head office.
