HyeCare is the care services located within the luxurious Hyegrove Willoughby community, part of the new Heart of Willoughby residential development. Offering 47 high-care suites and 111 assisted living apartments, HyeCare is innovating beyond traditional aged care models.

About the Role
Registered Nurses
Clinical Care:
Review and evaluate evidence-based care plans in consultation with residents and RN CASE Manager
Monitor health outcomes and respond promptly to changes in condition.
Accurately document care in accordance with electronic systems and legislation
Consult with internal and external healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Leadership & Quality:
Provide leadership to care teams, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
Support workforce management including mentoring employees.
Ensure policy and compliance requirements are met, including reporting and quality documentation.
Promote a zero-harm safety culture and drive continuous improvement across services.
Actively contribute to business planning, risk management, and service delivery innovation
Key Selection Criteria
Essential:
Registered Nurses require Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Div 1) (no restrictions)
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Dementia Care, or related areas
Experience managing staff, or volunteers in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with quality frameworks and accreditation standards in aged care
