Branch Coordinator

Full-Time | Fixed-Term

📍Warren, NSW

Are you organised, customer‑focused, and excited by the idea of being at the heart of a busy agricultural machinery branch? We’re looking for a Branch Coordinator to join us on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, where no two days are the same and your impact is felt across the entire team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Service

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Manage and finalise work orders.
  • Prepare repair quotes and assist with warranty claims.
  • Schedule jobs and support the Service Manager.
  • Facilitate smooth communication across the Service team.

Parts

  • Promote and sell parts and services.
  • Maintain an attractive, up‑to‑date showroom.
  • Research and interpret parts requirements.
  • Manage inventory, verify shipments, and support merchandise movement.

Administration

  • Provide general admin support across service, parts, and branch.
  • Manage timesheets, invoices, and dealership records.
  • Greet visitors, handle calls, and support daily office operations.
  • Prepare documents, coordinate events, and manage mail and supplies.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative and/or service advisor role or similar
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Positive attitude towards customer service
  • Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Sales and Service Advisor software
  • Understanding of office procedures, data entry and technical terms
  • Capable in accounting and reconciliation
