At Hutcheon and Pearce, we’re proud partners of the iconic John Deere brand. We’re on the lookout for a Service Advisor who’s all about great customer service, smooth operations, and keeping our machines in top shape.

You’ll be the go-to person between our Gunnedah branch and our amazing customers – making sure their gear gets the TLC it deserves.

What you’ll be doing:

• Crafting clear, competitive quotes for service jobs
• Booking in customer jobs and keeping the schedule humming
• Handling warranty claims and product improvements like a pro
• Reviewing repair orders and helping get invoices out the door
• Tracking performance data to help us keep getting better

and more!

Who Are We Looking For?

• A customer service superstar
• Someone who knows their way around a spreadsheet and Microsoft Office
• A bit of mechanical know-how is a bonus (Trade qualified = extra brownie points!)
• A team player with energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude
