As a proudly regional, family-owned organisation, we value strong relationships, local connection and the meaningful role our people play in the communities we serve.

Position Overview

As our Recruitment Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, hire and grow talent across the business. Operating in a skills-constrained market, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, build sustainable talent pipelines and uplift recruitment capability across our network.

This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine influence, variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across trade, operational, professional and leadership roles
  • Partner with leaders on role scoping, selection decisions and market expectations
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, including early careers, hard-to-fill roles, and international candidates
  • Drive improvements to recruitment systems, processes and reporting
  • Ensure consistent, fair and compliant recruitment practices across the business
  • Support and coach leaders to build effective and confident hiring capability
  • Attend networking, career and industry-related events across the company and broader region

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience leading internal recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
  • Experience recruiting in regional, trade, industrial or operational environments (highly regarded)
  • Experience in migration and international recruitment, including managing visa processes
  • Practical, organised and solutions-focused approach
  • Sound understanding of fair and compliant recruitment practices

What we’ll bring

  • A leadership role with genuine influence across the business
  • Variety, autonomy and hands-on impact
  • Supportive People & Culture team and engaged leaders
  • Opportunity to shape and improve how recruitment is delivered
