Parts Manager

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Rotational Saturdays, 9am – 12pm

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Parts Manager to lead our Forbes and Condobolin branches. If you’re passionate about delivering great service, building strong teams, and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Customer First: You’ll make sure our Parts Department delivers top-notch service – resolving issues quickly, building strong relationships, and keeping customers coming back.
  • Sales & Strategy: Work with the Aftermarket Team to set smart sales targets, support counter sales, and collaborate across branches to boost performance.
  • Inventory Mastery: Keep stock accurate and organised, manage warranties and returns, and make the most of supplier discounts.
  • Team Builder: Coach and support your team to grow their skills and confidence, creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Keep tools and equipment in great shape, and always look for ways to improve how things are done.
  • Safety Leader: Set the standard for safety and compliance – because a safe team is a strong team.
