As the Marketing Engagement Specialist, plan, coordinate and execute events, sponsorships and partnerships. Work as part of marketing team of six to enhance brand visibility, generate leads and drive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events including field days, conferences, and internal events.
  • Provide resources and support for branches to effectively manage and deliver smaller events and sponsorships at a professional level.
  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Negotiate partnership and sponsorship agreements.
  • Oversee promotional merchandise process.
  • Collaborate on projects with the marketing team to drive overall marketing and company success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, events, or related field.
  • 3+ years marketing and or events experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
