We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and getting things done! You’ll be out in the field, working with customers to understand their needs and deliver the right parts solutions from our Hutcheon & Pearce range. No two days are the same, you’ll build relationships, uncover opportunities, roll out promotions, prepare quotes, and keep details up to date in our CRM. You’ll manage key accounts and drive growth through smart, targeted campaigns. If you’re proactive, love problem-solving, and want to make a real impact, join a team that values collaboration and customer success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Promote and sell products and services to meet customer needs
  • Actively visit existing and potential customers to promote, sell and maintain products and services
  • Represent the company for the sale of Parts and aftermarket services to customers within a defined AOR
  • Monitor competitive activity and products
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
  • Drive the promotion of specific product campaigns

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar Sales based role
  • Have honesty and integrity
  • Hold a current and valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications (Microsoft Office and Internet functions)
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret basic sales reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of Agricultural/ construction/ commercial turf machinery parts (Desirable)
  • Forklift licence (Desirable)
