About the role
This is a fantastic
opportunity to join HSPlus Accountants & Advisory’ as a Supervisor
or Manager in our Tax team based in our Red Hill, QLD office. In this
full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic tax
advisory services to our diverse client base across a range of
industries.
What you’ll be doing
Supervising and managing a team of tax professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
Providing expert tax advice and consulting services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory
Identifying opportunities for tax minimisation and implementing tax-effective strategies
Reviewing and finalising tax returns, objections, and other client deliverables
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients
Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative tax solutions

Mentoring and training junior team members to support their professional development
What we’re looking for
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related field, with a strong background in taxation
2+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar tax advisory or management role
Excellent technical tax knowledge and the ability to apply this in a practical, commercial manner
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Proven experience in managing complex tax matters and leading high-profile client engagements
