Set in a peaceful riverside location along the Nepean River and just minutes from the township of Camden, the park provides a relaxed base to explore the region’s parks, heritage attractions, cafés and surrounding countryside.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Park Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Camden Holiday Park. This is a full-time, live-on-site position requiring strong leadership, operational oversight and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The role includes on-call responsibilities and regular weekend work, reflecting the nature of the tourism and hospitality industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day park operations, ensuring excellence in accommodation, amenities, and guest services.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Drive occupancy and revenue through innovative marketing and top-tier customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain the park’s pristine presentation with hands-on maintenance and landscaping oversight.
- Respond to guest needs and operational matters, including after-hours and on-call situations when required.
- Build positive relationships with residents, guests and the local community
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Experience in Holiday Park or Hospitality Management (qualifications highly regarded).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate your team.
- A guest-first mindset with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in hospitality systems (reservations, POS, property management software).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check and First Aid Certificate.
