ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential part in ensuring our guest rooms and shared facilities meet the high standards Hotwater Top 10 Holiday Park is known for. You will help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest who stays with us.
The successful applicant will ideally possess:
- Previous housekeeping or amenities cleaning experience (preferred, however full training will be provided to the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- The ability to work independently as well as contribute positively within a team
- Excellent personal presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
- A willingness to carry out a variety of tasks as required
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and shared areas to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Using cleaning products safely and following correct procedures for handling chemicals
- Adhering to Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines, ensuring safe storage and use of cleaning materials, and reporting any incidents
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to guest concerns and communicating effectively with the wider team, including front desk and maintenance
- Managing multiple rooms or tasks efficiently, prioritising workload, and reporting maintenance issues identified during cleaning
- Contributing positively to the housekeeping operation and supporting Hampshire Property Group values and service standards
