Wanderers Holiday Park consists of a range of accommodation options (bungalows), caravan and camping sites, and is very popular with return travellers each tourist season.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team on a Part-time basis, approx. 25 hours per week
About the Role
As the Front Office Supervisor, you’ll support the Park Manager with the day-to-day operations of our busy holiday park. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the smooth running of our reception and administration functions, coordinating staff, and delivering outstanding service to our valued guests. This hands-on role combines customer service, administration, and team leadership, with plenty of variety in your day.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front office operations including reservations, arrivals and departures
- Lead and support the reception team to deliver a high standard of service
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure daily reconciliations, cash handling, and data entry are accurate and timely
- Assist the Park Manager with staff rostering, payroll support, reporting and supplies
- Maintain communication with housekeeping and grounds staff to ensure smooth park operations
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and workplace health & safety standards
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and professional leader who brings:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality, tourism or accommodation role (holiday parks, hotels, resorts, or similar)
- Reservation System Experience e.g., Newbook/RMS preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong computer literacy with booking/reservation systems and accounting processes
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A flexible, hands-on attitude – willing to step in and help where needed
