ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll act as the primary IT contact across our Australian operations, supporting a growing portfolio of sites and business units.

As our IT Operations Support Lead, you’ll provide L1–L3 support, lead escalations, and ensure our IT systems, infrastructure, and onboarding processes are seamless, scalable, and ready to support continued growth.

You’ll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving service responsiveness, and standardising IT environments across the business, while partnering closely with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Deliver end-to-end L1–L3 IT support across sites and business units
  • Act as the primary escalation point for IT incidents and service issues
  • Travel to sites across Australia to support onboarding, audits, and critical issues
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows environments, and network connectivity
  • Maintain IT asset registers and conduct site audits across the portfolio
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure service and standards are met
  • Drive continuous improvement across IT systems, processes, and service delivery
  • Lead IT projects, deployments, upgrades, and change management activities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • You’re a true all-rounder, with proven experience delivering L1–L3 IT support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows 11
  • Experience supporting VOIP, CCTV, networking (LAN/WAN), and hardware
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage competing priorities
  • A track record of project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder communication and customer service mindset
  • Experience working with vendors and managing escalations
  • Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Australia as required
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail
