ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future workforce of Hampshire. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, the Graduate Program Lead will design, build, coordinate and continuously improve Hampshire’s Graduate programs across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fully remote, work from home role based in Australia and offered on a part-time basis of 22.8 hours per week. The hours can be worked as three full days per week or spread across five working days. To support stakeholder engagement and event attendance, the ideal candidate will be based on the East Coast of Australia.

Blending strategic program design with hands-on coordination, you will create a practical, commercially relevant and engaging graduate program experience that strengthens Hampshire’s talent pipeline and supports our future capability needs. There will also be some travel required to represent Hampshire at university career days, careers expos and relevant industry events.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Design and refine Hampshire’s Graduate program framework, including rotations, learning pathways, milestones and development experiences
  • Coordinate end-to-end program delivery across Australia and New Zealand, including attraction support, recruitment coordination, onboarding, rotations and participant tracking
  • Create clear, practical and engaging program content, resources, guides, presentations and learning materials for graduates, managers and mentors
  • Partner with leaders, mentors, Shared Services and Business Unit stakeholders to align placements, development opportunities and program touchpoints
  • Act as a key point of contact for graduate participants, supporting a positive experience through strong communication, organisation and follow-through
  • Maintain accurate program reporting, administration and records, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Represent Hampshire at university career days, networking events and industry activities to strengthen our early career employer brand

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience designing, coordinating or delivering graduate, internship, or early career programs
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • The ability to create engaging and practical content, including guides, presentations and learning resources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence building relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to track progress, follow through and maintain accurate records
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, digital tools and virtual collaboration platforms
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing future talent
  • Experience working in a dispersed, multi-site or fully remote organisation will be highly regarded
  • Experience working with universities, tertiary institutions or early career pathways will be advantageous
  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Learning and Development, Education, Business or a related field will be highly regarded
