Summary:
We are seeking passionate and skilled Commis Chefs and Chef de Parties to join our dynamic kitchen team at Etheus (Promenade Bondi Beach). This casual role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our culinary excellence of Greek cuisine, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and inventory management.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality and catering industry.
- Basic culinary qualifications or relevant training is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
