About the Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in driving day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role, leading from the floor, supporting the team and helping deliver strong service, culture and results.

You will:

  • Lead service and set the standard on the floor
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and team development
  • Coach and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences
  • Assist with rostering, labour control and daily reporting
  • Maintain high service, product and compliance standards
  • Help build strong community and team culture

  • Strong service skills and calmness under pressure
  • Confident communicator and natural team motivator
  • Solid understanding of labour, operations and RSA compliance
  • Availability across evenings and weekends.
