Description

ABOUT US

HoMie is a Melbourne-based streetwear label and Social Enterprise. 100% of our profits go towards achieving our mission: To support young people affected by homelessness or hardship to gain the skills, confidence and experience to be more work-ready and better prepared for their future.

We believe in fashion as a force for good, and our streetwear label does just that. We have become one of Melbourne’s most well-known and loved retail brands, with our business experiencing significant growth.

With an impact-led approach, HoMie has supported over 4000 young people through our programs. We have a strong organisation wide commitment to creating positive outcomes for young people and meaningful, long lasting change.

ABOUT THE ROLE

HoMie’s eCommerce Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation, performance and ongoing evolution of our online store and website. The eComm Specialist drives the e-commerce channel from product setup and launches to conversion, retention and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Retail and working closely with our brand team, this role ensures the site is easy to shop, on-brand and built to convert. It’s across daily trading, customer behaviour and onsite experience, using data to guide decisions and improvements.

This role is for someone who enjoys both execution and optimisation – someone who likes being close to the detail, but also cares deeply about performance, growth and customer experience.

You’ll be trusted to take initiative, test ideas, improve ways of working and help future-proof HoMie’s ecommerce capability – all while contributing directly to revenue that funds our social impact.

ABOUT YOU

You’re an eComm operator at heart with a fire in your belly to make online stores perform. You’re hands-on, commercially minded and very comfortable inside Shopify. You take ownership, spot problems early, and fix them fast. You care about conversion, customer journeys and clean execution.

You’re the kind of person who:

● Takes initiative without waiting to be asked

● Notices friction in the funnel and works to optimise it

● Brings ideas, energy and solutions to the table

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and evolving environment. You’re hungry to grow, proud of your work and motivated by purpose.

Most importantly, you’re values-aligned. You want your skills to fund impact, not just sales.

At HoMie, eCommerce isn’t just a channel – it’s a revenue engine that directly supports young people affected by homelessness and hardship. You get that, and it matters to you.
