Our Client Service Officers take calls, organise services, and guide clients through their options with care and clarity. If you’ve worked in client services, call centres, admin, or community support, this role lets you use those skills in a way that makes a real difference every day.

We partner with Government agencies and community organisations, connecting clients with over 1,500 vetted service providers nationwide. Every interaction builds trust, comfort, and confidence.

About the Role

As a Client Service Officer, you’re more than a coordinator – you’re the friendly, reliable voice that clients depend on. You help make daily life easier, safer, and more enjoyable.

A Day in the Life

  • You start your morning reviewing client requests and confirming bookings, ensuring each client feels supported from the start.
  • Respond to client inquiries with empathy and clarity, leaving clients feeling reassured about their services.
  • You update records accurately and efficiently, keeping your team and service providers aligned.
  • Identify small improvements to scheduling and workflows that make services run more smoothly for everyone.
  • End the day knowing clients’ needs have been met seamlessly and that your work has directly contributed to their comfort and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and provide clear, compassionate information
  • Schedule and coordinate household services efficiently
  • Resolve service-related issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate client records and data entry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and colleagues
  • Suggest improvements to enhance workflow and client satisfaction
  • Represent HFA’s values in every interaction

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Compassion and empathy in client care
  • Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with data entry, client records, or customer service
