Step Up Facilitator

In this role, you will work directly with young people aged 11-17 and their families through the Step Up program, which supports young people who are using violence in the home.

You will:

-Deliver the Step Up program with young people and families

– Provide case management and therapeutic support

-Help young people build respectful communication and conflict resolution skills Work collaboratively with schools, services and community partners

This is a relationship-based role, giving you the opportunity to build trust with young people and support meaningful change.
