We are inviting applications from suitably skilled Receptionist/Administration Assistants to work on a permanent full-time basis at our Midland office (the North East Metro Community Alcohol and Drug Service). This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, and efficient welcome for consumers and visitors contacting the service
- Assist staff in scheduling appointments
- Prepare and maintain medical records
- Maintain a friendly and calm atmosphere
- Undertake data entry
- Ensure office and stationery supplies are maintained
- Other tasks associated with supporting the service
Skills required:
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work nonjudgmentally with a diverse client base
- Experience working within time constraints
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment under pressure
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to be intuitive in potentially sensitive situations
- Experience in administration within the alcohol and drug or related sector preferred.
Criteria for successful applicants:
- National Police Clearance, no more than three months old
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children’s Check
- Valid Drivers Licence preferred
