This role has the flexibility to be based anywhere in the Northern NSW region, however travel is required.

You’ll be the face of Holiday Rental Specialists across a region rich with holiday potential, building relationships with property owners and converting opportunities into a portfolio that delivers real results for the business, for owners, and for the thousands of guests who’ll make memories in the properties you bring on.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify and contact new property owner leads daily to maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
  • Use multiple channels including calls, emails, networking, and industry forums to build visibility and generate opportunities
  • Qualify leads to focus effort on prospects with the highest potential value

Client Engagement & Needs Discovery

  • Conduct discovery calls and face-to-face meetings to understand owner goals, challenges, and expectations
  • Build trust through professional, consultative conversations that showcase the company’s expertise and local market knowledge
  • Tailor proposals and solutions to align with both owner needs and business objectives

Proposal Delivery & Closing

  • Develop compelling proposals supported by performance data, case studies, and financial projections
  • Follow up consistently to keep prospects engaged and accelerate conversion timelines
  • Handle objections confidently, negotiate commercial terms, and drive agreements through to signed contracts

Collaboration & Handover

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to capitalise on inbound leads and provide feedback on lead quality and owner sentiment
  • Facilitate smooth handovers of signed owners to the Operations team, ensuring all property and owner details are accurately transferred
  • Support early onboarding touchpoints where needed to reassure and retain new clients

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline records in the CRM system
  • Track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and progress against individual targets
  • Share insights with the Business Development Manager to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within property, real estate, tourism, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and performance tracking
