Support Worker – Full Time

As a Support Worker, you’re not just doing a job—you’re making a difference. You’ll be there to help people chase their goals, build independence, and find joy in everyday moments. That could mean cooking a meal, catching a bus, managing money, or just being there when someone needs support.

Sometimes, the people we support face tough moments. They might feel frustrated or act out. Your role is to stand with them through that—calm, respectful, and focused on what matters: their dignity and wellbeing. We’ll give you the training and tools to handle these situations safely and with care.

What we’re looking for:

• People who are resilient, practical, and ready to think on their feet.
• Empathy and respect—always.
• A willingness to learn and grow.
• No experience? No problem. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you everything you need.

You’ll need a full NZ driver’s licence and the right to work in New Zealand.
