About the Role:
This is an entry-level opportunity for soon-to-be or recent graduates, or those with some operations experience, who are looking to kickstart their career in a global company. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including customer experience, B2B operations, and marketing, while developing a strong understanding of how a fast-paced, high-growth company operates.
You will work closely with the Business Experience team, supporting key projects and initiatives, and gradually take on increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
Responsibilities:
Assist with customer experience tasks, including responding to emails, social channels, reviews, and disputes
Support B2B operations, including international retail ordering and communications
Contribute to operational support tasks, including fulfilment, administration, and supply chain coordination
Manage ad comments across paid and organic content and assist in creation of organic content
Help maintain accurate records of business activities and provide administrative support as needed
Support process improvement initiatives by providing input and assisting with implementation
About you:
Recent graduate or early-career professional in Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Some experience in operations, customer experience, or project support is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise competing responsibilities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented
Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly, including Shopify or similar platforms

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (but not required)
Previous experience in Shopify management is highly desirable
Knowledge of social care industry is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
