About the Role:

This is an entry-level opportunity for soon-to-be or recent graduates, or those with some operations experience, who are looking to kickstart their career in a global company. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including customer experience, B2B operations, and marketing, while developing a strong understanding of how a fast-paced, high-growth company operates.

You will work closely with the Business Experience team, supporting key projects and initiatives, and gradually take on increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer experience tasks, including responding to emails, social channels, reviews, and disputes

  • Support B2B operations, including international retail ordering and communications

  • Contribute to operational support tasks, including fulfilment, administration, and supply chain coordination

  • Manage ad comments across paid and organic content and assist in creation of organic content

  • Help maintain accurate records of business activities and provide administrative support as needed

  • Support process improvement initiatives by providing input and assisting with implementation

About you:

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional in Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)

  • Some experience in operations, customer experience, or project support is highly desirable

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing responsibilities effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented

  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly, including Shopify or similar platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (but not required)

  • Previous experience in Shopify management is highly desirable 

  • Knowledge of social care industry is a plus 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
