College Concierge

Our College Team are currently looking for a casual Group Concierge to join the team. This role will be responsible for the hosting of a group of students and faculty from Seoul Theological University during a study intensive at Hillsong College, and functioning as a liaison between the group and Hillsong College leadership.

Other aspects of this role include:

Guide Groups Through Intensive Program

• Help STU group find their way around campus, providing orientation to our facilities and amenities.
• Ensure groups are in the right place at the right time for their scheduled activities.
• Assist groups with practicalities related to their involvement in classes.

Support Group Leaders

• Receive and respond to requests from STU group leaders regarding their involvement and experience at Hillsong College.
• Act as a point of contact for any concerns or feedback from STU group leaders, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Facilitate Engagement and Communication:

• Assist Hillsong College leadership in engaging with STU group and their leaders to enhance their overall experience.
• Communicate and negotiate problems in a culturally sensitive manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all guests.

Ideally, the successful candidate will bring:

• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
• A degree or certification in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A genuine interest in helping others and enhancing their experience at Hillsong College.
