IT Support Officer

Heytesbury is a diverse, privately owned group of companies, with successful cattle and wine operations at its core, alongside a growing shipping business.

Due to continued growth and ongoing investment in our IT systems, we are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our IT team, supporting all business operations.

Reporting to the IT Systems Administrator and CFO, this role will provide first-line technical support across the business, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and the Microsoft 365 nvironment.

This is a full-time position based in our Perth office and requires full-time, in-office attendance to support onsite operations and employees across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT help desk support to internal users across the business
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues
• Support and administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including:

– Outlook

– Teams

– SharePoint

– OneDrive

– Exchange Online

– Entra ID / Active Directory

• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain IT asset registers and system documentation
• Escalate complex technical issues when required
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, patching, backups, and system maintenance
• Support business applications and ERP systems as required
• Contribute to IT improvement projects and system rollouts

About You

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in an IT support role, with strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Experience with PowerApps and Power BI (desirable but not essential)
• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications (highly regarded)
• Familiarity with basic networking principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• A current driver’s licence
• Availability to work full-time onsite from our Perth office
