Summary:

The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations in Vermont, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the plant to ensure production targets are met

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a relevant field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
