About the Role
As Head of Information Technology, you will set the strategic direction for Hewitt’s technology landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals across a growing global footprint. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, supporting innovation across supply chain, production, and commercial functions. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance performance, resilience, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT and data strategies aligned to business goals
- Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Drive digital transformation and system integration initiatives
- Oversee global IT operations, infrastructure, and vendor management
- Partner with business leaders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions and insights
About You
You are a strategic and commercially minded IT leader with experience operating in complex, multi-site environments. You bring a strong track record of delivering technology transformation and leading high-performing teams. Comfortable engaging at executive level, you translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. You are equally focused on governance, innovation, and operational excellence. Experience in agribusiness, food production, or similarly asset-intensive industries will be highly regarded.
