About the Role

The Head of Commercial Business Partnering is a senior leadership role responsible for embedding strong commercial discipline, governance and performance across the business. Partnering closely with the senior leadership team, you will translate strategy into financial outcomes across multiple geographies. 

You will drive margin optimisation, capital efficiency and free cash flow while ensuring robust planning, forecasting and performance reporting. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, finance and operations, influencing key business decisions and outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the CFO/CEO Foods to shape and deliver commercial strategy 
  • Lead business partnering to support decision making and performance 
  • Drive margin, pricing and free cash flow optimisation initiatives 
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting 
  • Strengthen commercial governance, risk management and controls 

About You

You are a commercially astute leader with a strong finance background and a proven ability to influence at executive level. You will bring a strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.  You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are passionate about building capability and driving performance. With a collaborative leadership style, you develop strong relationships and foster a high-performance culture. 

You Will Bring 

  • Demonstrated experience in senior finance/commercial leadership roles 
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder influencing skills 
  • Experience in agribusiness, food or related industries preferred 
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis and performance management 
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business
