Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Client Services Manager to lead and develop our Client Services team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and high-quality support to our Planning team and clients, while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and a strong team culture.
As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for structuring, resourcing and developing the team, maintaining best-practice processes, and acting as the key escalation point for complex client or operational matters.

Position Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Previous experience leading a team is essential.
- Extensive experience in Client Services or operations within financial services with the ability to coach, mentor and develop team members to build engagement and performance.
- Strong operational management capability, ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience implementing and maintaining effective processes, workflows and systems.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
- Experience managing compliance requirements, standards, policies and service level agreements.
