About the role:
The People Experience Advisor is accountable for completing and optimising day-to-day and cyclical People & Culture processes, systems and policies that impact every leader and team member across Herron Todd White.
Our team is operationally focused, with success measured by efficiency of systems and processes, turnaround time of requests and accuracy of data, reports and insights.
Responsibilities:
- HRIS and Employee Engagement platform management
- Onboarding and Induction
- Employee Life Cycle Process
- People and Culture Cyclical Process
- Policy Advisory (non-complex)
Who are we looking for?
- At least 2 years’ experience in People & Culture, with a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of Australian employment law, including the National Employment Standards and Modern Awards
- High attention to detail with strong document review and quality control
- A collaborative and empathetic team player who is people and solutions-focused and proactive in identifying potential issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver to service level standards
- Most importantly, mindset over experience: We care more about your attitude.
