Support Worker – Cleaner

About the Role:

Helping Solutions is looking for Cleaner to join our team. This role will involve cleaning across multiple homes in Perth’s north and south suburbs. This is a unique opportunity for experienced cleaners who enjoy working independently and contributing to a caring community environment. Our cleaners travel between houses, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming space for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and hygienic domestic cleaning services, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and general housekeeping tasks
• Work in accordance with client support plans to meet individual needs and preferences
• Engage professionally with clients, family members, and team members, demonstrating respect and empathy
• Foster client independence by supporting them with compassion and sensitivity
• Report any changes in the client’s home environment, safety concerns, or other observations to the coordinator
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team leaders
• Work without direct supervision, adhering to Helping Solutions’ standards for quality and safety

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, community-focused support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
• Physical fitness and willingness to travel across multiple locations
• Current Western Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to organise and manage workload effectively
