Community Assist was established as an NDIS-specific provider supporting people with disability to live independently in their communities. Since its inception, Community Assist has grown to provide high-quality services to more than 600 clients across four office locations in South Australia and Queensland.

About the role
You will deliver evidence-based and person-centred strategies that address the needs of people with disability and the underlying causes of behaviours of concern. You will play a key role in safeguarding dignity, improving quality of life, and supporting meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
What we’re looking for
• NDIS Disability Education and or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner current registration approval
• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant allied health, behavioural or social discipline
• Experience in the disability sector (highly regarded)
• Knowledge and experience in developing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
• Experience working with clients with complex behavioural needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
