At Hello Molly, we’re looking for a creative, trend-obsessed and strategic Social Media Manager to take our social presence to the next level. From viral TikToks to community-first campaigns, you’ll own the strategy and execution across all social channels while leading a growing team and driving meaningful engagement with our global audience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute Hello Molly’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
- Plan, create and publish engaging social content aligned with brand and campaign objectives
- Lead the social content calendar and identify opportunities for viral moments and community growth
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, styling and marketing teams to produce high-performing content
- Monitor trends, platform updates and competitor activity to keep Hello Molly ahead of the curve
- Manage and grow our online community through audience engagement and brand storytelling
- Work alongside influencers, agencies and PR partners to amplify campaigns and partnerships
- Analyse performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimise content performance
- Lead and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative team culture
What You’ll do
- 4+ years’ experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role (fashion, lifestyle or beauty brand experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, algorithms and best practices
- Experience developing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Highly creative with a strong eye for fashion, aesthetics and storytelling
- Analytical mindset with experience using reporting and analytics tools
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience managing or mentoring team members is highly regarded
