Senior Graphics Designer

WE’RE HIRING A SENIOR GRAPHICS DESIGNER!!

At Hello Molly, design is everything. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative execution of our brand, shaping how we show up across digital, social, campaigns and beyond.

This is a hands on senior graphics design role where you’ll own visual direction from concept to final delivery, working closely with the Creative Director and cross functional teams to bring bold, fashion forward ideas to life.

What you’ll do

• Lead and evolve Hello Molly’s visual identity across all channels
• Concept and deliver high impact creative for campaigns, web, EDM and social
• Mentor and guide a team of designers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecomm and Product teams
• Stay ahead of design trends and continuously elevate creative output

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years experience in graphic design, ideally in fashion or ecommerce
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Strong creative vision with leadership experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• A passion for fashion, branding and visual storytelling
