This is a newly created role for an Ecommerce Specialist to join our growing Ecommerce team. This role is ideal for someone who loves using data, customer insights and digital best practices to improve website performance, customer experience and online sales.

As our Ecommerce Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across Hello Molly’s global websites and apps. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, search visibility and overall site performance.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, Product and Technology teams, you’ll analyse customer behaviour, uncover insights and help deliver initiatives that improve engagement, conversion and revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Review customer journeys and recommend improvements that enhance conversion and user experience.
  • Support website testing, optimisation and experimentation initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key Ecommerce performance metrics.
  • Partner with external SEO agencies to drive organic traffic and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve search visibility, content performance and website discoverability.
  • QA website updates, campaigns, promotions and new functionality before launch.
  • Monitor onsite search, merchandising and category performance.
  • Analyse product, collection and campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Own returns reporting and identify opportunities to improve post-purchase experiences.
  • Support loyalty, retention and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Create regular performance reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience working with Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
  • Experience using GA4 and other Ecommerce reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimisation strategies.
  • Experience using behavioural analytics tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commercially minded with a passion for Ecommerce and customer experience.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
