We’re passionate about creating seamless online shopping experiences and are looking for an Ecommerce Content & Merchandising Specialist to help drive engagement, conversion, and growth across our global digital channels.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the online customer journey through strategic merchandising, compelling content, and data-driven optimisation. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of creativity, commercial performance, and customer experience.
You’ll collab with Marketing, Creative, Buying and Tech teams to ensure our website and app deliver exceptional shopping experiences that inspire customers and drive results.
What You’ll Do:
- Create, manage and optimise product listings, descriptions, imagery and digital assets.
- Ensure all product content follows SEO best practices to maximise visibility and organic traffic.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all ecommerce channels.
- Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to enhance product pages and promotional content.
- Execute merchandising strategies that showcase key products, collections and campaigns.
- Curate category pages and product collections to maximise conversion and customer engagement.
- Analyse customer behaviour and conduct A/B testing to improve site performance.
- Optimise navigation, product discovery and the overall customer journey.
- Monitor key ecommerce metrics including sales performance, conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve merchandising and content effectiveness.
- Support key trading events, promotions and seasonal campaigns through data-driven decision-making.
- Manage product uploads, content updates and merchandising within Shopify.
- Coordinate website and app campaigns, promotions and pricing updates.
- Stay across ecommerce trends, competitor activity and emerging best practices.
- Optimise merchandising and content across multiple markets.
- Ensure localised experiences, seasonal relevance and market-specific product strategies.
- Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to drive sales growth and channel performance.
You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or ecommerce content.
- Strong experience working within Shopify.
- Proficiency with GA4 and ecommerce analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce trading, customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, email marketing and performance analytics.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence translating data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills.
- A passion for fashion, ecommerce innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
