🌈 About the Role
This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll work remotely, managing your own caseload, building strong participant relationships, and hitting the road for face-to-face visits when needed.
You’ll have the freedom to shape your day, backed by the tools, tech, and trust to get it done.

🚀 What You’ll Do
Partner with participants to identify what recovery means to them, and help make it real.
Support people to overcome barriers, manage daily challenges, and grow confidence.
Collaborate with families, providers, and mental health services to build strong networks of support.
Keep accurate, compliant notes (yep, we care about the details too).
Champion autonomy, hope, and connection, every single day.
🧠 About You
You’re driven, compassionate, and ready to bring your A-game.
You’re not afraid of a challenge and know how to juggle priorities with professionalism and heart.
To be successful, you’ll need:
Experience as a Recovery Coach or Support Coordinator
Mental Health First Aid certification
Certificate IV in Mental Health (or equivalent experience)
NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card & current Driver’s Licence
Excellent communication, organisation, and boundary-setting skills
The ability to work independently and thrive in a KPI-driven role
