💼 The Role: Occupational Therapist (South West Sydney)

As a Mobile Occupational Therapist at Healthproof, you’ll support clients in their homes and communities, helping them live safer, be more independent, and more meaningful lives through tailored, real-world therapy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Get to know your clients, assess their needs and create personalised plans that actually make a difference
  • Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy (think equipment, home mods, capacity building & real-life skills)
  • Manage a diverse caseload across NDIS & aged care, helping people build independence and live better every day
  • Supporting clients with complex needs (disability, developmental conditions, injury recovery)
  • Designing and running individual & group therapy programs
  • Collaborating with families, carers, educators & other professionals
  • Being part of a tight-knit multidisciplinary team that actually supports each other

🙌 Who We’re Looking For

✔ OT degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) + AHPRA registration

✔ Professional Indemnity Insurance + full Australian work rights

✔ Driver’s licence & car (you’ll be out and about!) ✔ At least 1 year experience (but we’re open to all levels, keep reading 👇)

✔ Great communication skills

✔ A team player who can also work independently in the community

✔ A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people
