About the Role
Harwell Home Care is seeking a Senior People Experience
Partner to support our continued growth across Australia. This is a high-impact,
hands-on role responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent
strategy, and candidate experience across healthcare, technology, finance, and
leadership roles.
You will partner closely with executive leaders and
hiring managers to build a high-performing and compassionate workforce.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scaling
environments, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is
passionate about delivering an exceptional people experience.
This role sits within the People, Culture & Wellbeing
team and will report to the People Experience Team Lead, working
collaboratively across recruitment, people experience, and organisational
growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Healthcare, Technology, Finance, and Leadership roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leaders to define hiring needs
and role requirements
- Develop
proactive sourcing strategies across multiple disciplines
- Create
and publish job advertisements across SEEK, Employment Hero, and other
platforms
- Screen
candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate
and manage interview processes
- Build
and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Drive
hiring outcomes in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Manage
offers and issue employment contracts
- Ensure
recruitment documentation is compliant and complete
- Support
onboarding and new hire integration
- Maintain
Employment Hero updates and workflows
- Help
improve onboarding experience and new hire success
Recruitment Systems & Process Improvement
- Manage
and optimise Employment Hero recruitment workflows
- Maintain
recruitment trackers and reporting
- Conduct
exit interviews and identify trends
- Support
offboarding processes
- Help build,
document, and continuously iterate recruitment processes across tools and
systems to improve speed, consistency, and scalability in a fast-moving
environment
- Identify
opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
Collaboration & Workforce Planning
- Partner
with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Identify
talent gaps and future hiring needs
- Maintain
strong stakeholder communication across teams
- Support
broader People Experience initiatives where needed
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver
a positive and professional candidate experience
- Promote
Harwell Home Care’s culture and values
- Liaise
with the Innovation & Growth team on recruitment marketing initiatives
- Help
create recruitment-focused content including job ads and outreach
materials
- Support
employer branding campaigns and initiatives
- Research
external partnerships and initiatives to expand recruitment reach
About You
Essential
- Proven
360 recruitment experience
- Experience
hiring across Healthcare, Technology, Finance, and Leadership roles
- Strong
stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience
working with recruitment platforms and ATS systems
- Strong
organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability
to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Healthcare
or aged care recruitment experience
- Experience
working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments
- Experience
partnering with executive leaders and senior stakeholders
- Employer
branding or recruitment marketing experience
- Experience
managing external partnerships
- Experience
using recruitment metrics and reporting
