We’re seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a PM shift (between 2:00pm–9:00pm) with an immediate start. This Permanent Part‑Time role offers 22 hours per week, rostered Monday to Saturday. Aged care and community experience preferred. You’ll deliver person‑centred care in community settings, so willingness to travel is essential. Join us and make a meaningful difference every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and coordinating support services for clients in their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols
• Conducting client assessments, developing care plans, and reviewing them as needed
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Managing wound care, catheter care, chronic disease monitoring, and post-hospital support
• Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers as required
• Liaising with families, allied health professionals, and medical practitioners to ensure continuity of care
• Documenting all care provided and observations in compliance with standards
• Responding to changes in client condition with sound clinical judgement and timely escalation
• Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for each client
• Supporting clients through palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
• Must have at least 12 months of professional/post-grad experience as an RN
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Experience in home care, aged care, community health, or hospital nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• A commitment to holistic, person-centred care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally to provide in-home care
• Must be available during PM shifts between 2pm – 9pm across Monday to Saturday
• Ability to commit to at least 22 hours per week on a PPT employment
