Are you able to motivate and work alongside other team members who are committed to the integration and inclusion of people with a disability in the community?

An exciting opportunity with Hartley Lifecare is now available for a House Supervisor to support clients in their own home and to access the community.

Role: House Supervisor (Female Only)

Location: Fraser and Griffith.

Hour: 72 hours per fortnight

Scope: Managing two houses

Roster: A roster line will be provided to suitable candidates

The ideal candidates will have strong demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in the disability sector, excellent communication and the ability to work hands on alongside their team to achieve positive outcomes for the people they support. It will be an advantage for you to have qualifications in leadership and management.
